Loma Linda Cabin is a custom 2-story log home located 2 miles south of Utopia, Texas between the golf course and the Sabinal River. This unique getaway is very private with a beautiful view of the river from the porch or rock patio.

$250.00 per night for 4 people
$10.00 each additional person

SUMMER
(Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day)

$360.00 per night for up to 10 people

HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK & EASTER

3 night minimum
$340.00 per night for 8 people
$10.00 each additional person

Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the basic rate is required to hold all reservations. Deposits must be received within five working days from the date the reservation is made. Deposit will be forfeited as a result of any of the following:

Occupant checks out prior to the end of reserved time.
"No show" by 10:00 p.m., unless you have notified us of your late arrival.

Cancellations made 20 days prior to arrival will receive 75% refund. Those made less than 20 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund only if accommodations are re-rented.
